Cedar Falls is a thriving midwest city of 39,260 residents, in a population center of 100,000-plus. The city is situated on the crossroads of interstates 20 and 218. Cedar Falls is less than a four-hour drive from Minneapolis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Omaha. Commonly referred to as the Cedar Valley, it offers all the amenities of larger urban areas, but with a hometown environment.
